Started with the 2-hour Baby Care virtual session and it was so hugely helpful. The midwife who ran the session, Emily, was fantastic. Wonderful informative course. We had watched other videos previously and weren't sure we wanted to spend money on a course but we were glad we did. I completed the Ultimate Antenatal Course and it was worth every penny. Really lovely lady (Ellie) did a great job answering everyone’s questions and explaining each topic in great detail. Has definitely helped my partner and I feel more prepared and confident for our birth!I also completed their free baby care course which was also fantastic and I highly recommend completing this if you’re unsure about paying anything at first, the free course will definitely convince you it’s worth it though!

This was a really great course! I initially took the two hour free Baby Basics Class and found it really helpful so booked in for the full Antenatal Class. I took this at 36 weeks and am soo glad I did! My assigned midwife has not been very helpful in providing guidance or information on general procedure and process of the labour and birth and I feel so much more prepared and at ease following this course!The instructor was great at communicating, talking through all the topics and answering questions in an unbias and inclusive way as well as being super personable. The amount of resources provided is also incredible. Couldn't recommend this more, especially for those who feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of literature that's out there.

I enrolled in the Ultimate Baby First Aid class because I became a first time grandmother just three weeks ago. I was initially concerned that an online class would not leave me comfortable with knowing how to address emergencies that might require me to perform CPR or deal with a choking situation. After completing the class with the incredible instructor Kaila, however, I realize that I need not have been concerned. Kaila was so reassuring, thorough and knowledgeable. While I hope to never have to put into practice everything I learned, I now feel confident in my ability to know what to do and how to do it should the need arise. Whether you are a new parent, a caregiver, a family member or friend, or like me a new grandparent, I highly recommend this Baby Academy course. You will not regret it!

We have done the childbirth, first aid and breastfeeding classes and found all 3 incredibly useful. We have a 1 month old now and are constantly referring back to the class information for help. My husband and I attended the free Baby Care Workshop. I had recently taken a free workshop from a different company that was just a sales pitch and didn’t reach me anything so I was hesitant about taking another freebie but I’m so glad we did! The instructor taught us a lot and was incredibly responsive. I can’t count the number of times that I said “I’m so glad we took this because I didn’t know that” (like about products that are marketed as being safe for babies but are actually dangerous). We immediately signed up for the Ultimate Childbirth Class and that got us a discount on the Ultimate Breastfeeding and Ultimate First Aid classes so we plan on signing up for those as well. Highly, highly recommend!!!

This is my 3rd Baby Academy class. I took the Baby Safety and Baby Care one already. I really, really enjoyed the Childbirth Class and so glad I took it. Emily was awesome and as much as I loved the other instructors, she has been my favorite by far.I wasn't planning on taking any classes since my fiancé has had 3 babies prior to our first (and my first child), so I was relying on his breadth of knowledge (which he does have a lot of lol), but thought I should also be prepared. I feel so much more confident and more aware of what will happen. I was also recently told I may need a c-section, so having this class and knowing what I might expect has been a great introduction and I feel less scared if this is the route my OB decides to take.Have a wonderful & safe holiday! And see you in Jan for the Breastfeeding class!

This was my second time enjoying a class led by Ildiko at The Baby Academy Canada. I first did the baby care workshop with her and she was so fantastic that I immediately signed up for the full childbirth class. Ildiko is an absolute well of knowledge and you can tell she was born to teach. This is a great class! Definitely worth the time and money. I feel more confident in my choices when it comes to deciding what I want and what the baby needs. The educator Rachel delivered information in a way where you feel like you have options and the ball is in your court. Not pushy and no pressure to choose this or that ( completely unbiased) I highly recommend this class for new moms even second time or third mom's. There were a lot of myths that I heard around me, some of them from people without experience or from people that they think they know everything etc. Or people who think that what was good for them, is good for yourself as well. But now I can easily make the difference and I can distinguish what is myth and what is something for real. It's better when you can hear the truth or confirmation from an expert. Really helpful resource, especially for first time moms or moms who need a refresher! Also great if your partner is feeling like they want to be more involved and learn more information. The rates are reasonable and they are flexible with covering the classes through insurance, HSA, etc.I took the Baby Care and Birthing Classes. Emily was a fantastic instructor! I learned so much and thought the class was well paced and the appropriate number of breaks were given. The structure is great with questions after each section - less distractions/people chiming in allow you to focus on the material. I like Emily's/The Baby Academy's approach that while this is what is recommended, every baby and situation is different so things will vary person to person and family to family.I wish Emily could consult with me through the rest of pregnancy and when baby is here!

We took both the 2 hour baby care class and the 7 hour birthing class online. The birthing class is long but the information was well paced. Both classes were very helpful for us as expecting parents. Odessa was an excellent presenter. I completed the Ultimate Antenatal Course and it was worth every penny. Really lovely lady (Ellie) did a great job answering everyone’s questions and explaining each topic in great detail. This was a really great course! I initially took the two hour free Baby Basics Class and found it really helpful so booked in for the full Antenatal Class. I took this at 36 weeks and am soo glad I did! My assigned midwife has not been very helpful in providing guidance or information on general procedure and process of the labour and birth and I feel so much more prepared and at ease following this course!The instructor was great at communicating, talking through all the topics and answering questions in an unbias and inclusive way as well as being super personable. The amount of resources provided is also incredible. Couldn't recommend this more, especially for those who feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of literature that's out there.

I enrolled in the Ultimate Baby First Aid class because I became a first time grandmother just three weeks ago. I was initially concerned that an online class would not leave me comfortable with knowing how to address emergencies that might require me to perform CPR or deal with a choking situation. After completing the class with the incredible instructor Kaila, however, I realize that I need not have been concerned. Kaila was so reassuring, thorough and knowledgeable. While I hope to never have to put into practice everything I learned, I now feel confident in my ability to know what to do and how to do it should the need arise. My husband and I attended the free Baby Care Workshop. I had recently taken a free workshop from a different company that was just a sales pitch and didn’t reach me anything so I was hesitant about taking another freebie but I’m so glad we did! The instructor taught us a lot and was incredibly responsive. I can’t count the number of times that I said “I’m so glad we took this because I didn’t know that” (like about products that are marketed as being safe for babies but are actually dangerous). We immediately signed up for the Ultimate Childbirth Class and that got us a discount on the Ultimate Breastfeeding and Ultimate First Aid classes so we plan on signing up for those as well. Highly, highly recommend!!!

This is my 3rd Baby Academy class. I took the Baby Safety and Baby Care one already. I really, really enjoyed the Childbirth Class and so glad I took it. Emily was awesome and as much as I loved the other instructors, she has been my favorite by far.I wasn't planning on taking any classes since my fiancé has had 3 babies prior to our first (and my first child), so I was relying on his breadth of knowledge (which he does have a lot of lol), but thought I should also be prepared. I feel so much more confident and more aware of what will happen. I was also recently told I may need a c-section, so having this class and knowing what I might expect has been a great introduction and I feel less scared if this is the route my OB decides to take.Have a wonderful & safe holiday! And see you in Jan for the Breastfeeding class!

We had such a lovely Ultimate Antenatal Class with Jean! She is so lovely, passionate and so knowledgeable. Lots of practical great info and tips and even though the class was very long, she knew how to make it enjoyable and to have your attention. I also liked the fact she had the course really well structured and easy to follow. And not the least each question has been addressed. Thank you Jean and Baby Academy!

What an amazing tool for someone like me. Everything is covered using medical research, personal experience and just generic advice. I loved it. You can take on board what fits you. Nothing is pushed upon you. I highly recommend to all first time mums. I learned a lot and also gained more understanding and confidence. It actually encourages you to enjoy this beautiful journey! 🙂

The courses are very clear and have good explanations and recommendations. Midwives are very thorough (and efficient) in answering all the questions within the remit of the course topic. Would reccomend!

This was my second time enjoying a class led by Ildiko at The Baby Academy Canada. I first did the baby care workshop with her and she was so fantastic that I immediately signed up for the full childbirth class. Ildiko is an absolute well of knowledge and you can tell she was born to teach. This was such a helpful resource for my husband and I who are preparing for the birth of our first child, especially given the Covid-19 situation and inability to do anything in-person. We are beyond lucky to have these sorts of resources available to us and we are so appreciative of The Baby Academy Canada and Ildiko for all the support and information. Thank you!

This is a great class! Definitely worth the time and money. I feel more confident in my choices when it comes to deciding what I want and what the baby needs. The educator Rachel delivered information in a way where you feel like you have options and the ball is in your court. Not pushy and no pressure to choose this or that ( completely unbiased) I highly recommend this class for new moms even second time or third mom's. Maybe you'll find out something you didn't know before or would like to try! Thank you baby academy!

My husband and I took the baby first aid and CPR course over the weekend. The class was super helpful and well organized. The instructor Kalia was fantastic! We feel a lot more confident after taking the course if a situation were to arise.

Recently attended the free live workshops for child care and breastfeed. Their courses are very thorough and course content is very detailed. It is great to attend these classes before child birth. They offer good discounts for full day workshops and take as many questions you want to ask.
