Midwife and Antenatal Instructor

Lauren started her midwifery journey in 2008 and has worked in all areas of midwifery. She is a registered midwife, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), antenatal and hypnobirthing teacher. Lauren is a proud mama to two awesome little ones and a shining star in the sky. Lauren has had the privilege of teaching hundreds of expectant parents, lending a voice of passion and knowledge surrounding pregnancy, birth, infant feeding, and transition into early parenthood. She wants to ensure families feel supported, confident, and empowered to make decisions that are right for them, setting the foundations for an informed and positive experience.
